Notice Inviting Tender
Subject: Quotation for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract
The Consulate General of India, Sittwe invites quotation from interested agencies, individuals for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for gardens in the Chancery premises and other two residential properties hired by the Consulate General of India effective from June, 2019.
2. The work involves complete maintenance of the gardens including sweeping of lawns, pruning of hedges, tending of flower beds, watering of plants, cutting of trees and branches, lawn mowing, garden waste removal, etc. In addition, the contractor will also undertake any other work related to maintenance of gardens. The cost of manure, fertilisers, seeds, plants, flower-pots, etc. if required, and garden maintenance related equipment will be borne/supplied by the Consulate. Interested parties, individual may visit the Consulate prior to submission of proposal for any clarification and location of the residential properties hired by the Consulate.
3. All interested parties/ individual may submit their proposal/ rate quotations in sealed enveloped, complete in all respect in the prescribed format (Annexure – I) to Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, Sittwe latest by 28th May, 2019 (5 pm).
