Tender for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of
80 KVA Diesel Generator Set for CGI, Sittwe, Myanmar
Sealed tenders, in two parts (Part-l and Part-ll) are invited from manufacturer/ authorized dealer/reputed suppliers having their registered office and service centre in Yangon, for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 80 KVA Silent Diesel Generator Set of reputed make (CUMMINS / HITACHI / KOHLER / MITSUBUSHI/ GREAVES OR ANY REPUTED MAKES) for Consulate General of India, Sittwe.
2. Firms must have maintenance and servicing facilities of generator set in Sittwe/Yangon. The representative of firms/suppliers should visit the sites/contact the Consulate with prior before submission of quotation (Tel: 4322918/ 4322919). Interested suppliers/vendors may please contact Consulate by e-mail (hoc.sittwe@mea.gov.in) for further clarification.
3. A brief terms & conditions, scope of work, schedule of quantities and proforma for submission of quotations are enclosed. The supplier shall sign on every page of documents and submit the sealed envelope to Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, No.4, Myin Pying Kwin Street, Pyi Daw Thar Quarter, Sittwe, Myanmar. The tender documents can be downloaded from the following websites:
www.cgisittwe.gov.in, www.mea.gov.in, www.eprocure.gov.in and www.embassyofindiayangon.in from 31.05.2018.
Last date of submission of Tender : 04.07.2018 (1200 hrs.)
Opening of Technical Bid : 04.07.2018 (1500 hrs.)
4. Tenders will be accepted only upon verification and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria mentioned above. The Consulate is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to partially accept or reject any or all the tender(s) or part thereof, without assigning any reason.
