As a unique feature of the cultural tradition of the local Hindu community of the Rakhine state, recitation of Krittibasi Ramayan was organised by CGI, Sittwe at its Chancery premises on 22.01.2024, coinciding with the inauguration of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya.
